I’m Jenn Milleson—nurse, patient safety advocate, systems thinker, and lifelong storyteller. I’ve spent nearly two decades inside healthcare working to make care safer, more human, and more equitable—for patients and the people who care for them.

Renaissance Jenn is the space I’ve carved out to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine. It’s part sketchbook, part confessional, part signal fire. Here, I talk about systems and stardust, grief and growth, dogs and data. I believe vulnerability is a leadership skill. I believe humor is holy. And I believe in the quiet, radical act of telling the truth—especially when it's messy.
